Camilla Camaglia is a freelance photographer working in the fields of beauty, fashion, portrait and commercial photography. Her great attention for detail and her use of color, made her a sought after collaborator for international artists, make-up artists and magazines. She is based in Italy and Germany while constantly travelling for her artistic projects.

Camilla was born in Italy in 1984 and spent her childhood in varying countries around the world, from the Middle East to South America. This diverse background inspired a natural curiosity for different cultures and their arts. This interest has been a driving force behind her expression as she gave these uncommon expressions of beauty a format to be shared and appreciated with the world.

In 2006 she graduated in Photography and Visual Communication at the IED in Rome.

Beauty photography was Camilla’s first direction because she saw in it a way to express her artistic vision. She loves to work closely with creative makeup artists while bringing their ideas into form. In 2019 Camilla published an artistic makeup book with international makeup artist Einat Dan, sponsored by makeup brand Kryolan.
